3-1-1 hours have changed


As of July 18th, the Los Angeles City 3-1-1 call center operating hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., including weekends and holidays. 

The 3-1-1 call center is intended as a way to reach Los Angeles city departments or to get information on how to access non-emergency services.  The 3-1-1 call center can also be reached at 213-473-3231.

As always, in event of an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
